After graduating in the UK, I worked for a leading software company in Vietnam, building expertise in CX consulting, UX design, research, and product design.
I'm now based in London, with no work restrictions or sponsorship needs.

I gained experience working with clients across Asia, Europe, and North America. These diverse projects in user and customer experience, combined with full product and service design, helped me understand user behaviour deeply and craft seamless experiences and creative content that resonate in practical marketing and digital solutions.

AI is on the rise, but that has never stopped me from upskilling
I enjoy exploring generative AI tools to craft visuals, concepts, and new creative ideas, and I’m excited by how they are transforming the creative process. During my time at Imperial College London, a place known for tech innovation, I developed a mindset of embracing new technologies rather than fearing them. I believe that blending AI-driven tools with the right human touch makes deliverables more accessible, meaningful, and emotionally resonant.
